Theme: Health for wealthy life

Resource Person: Dr. P. Saravanan, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Bio-technology.

Venue: Vyasa Literary Club, Shri Vyasa Ashram Boys Hostel, SSASC.

        The 2nd literary club meet started traditionally with the prayer song and lamp lightening ceremony. The meet was attended by all the inmates of the hostel including the Hostel staffs. The meeting was hosted by Sankaranarayanan V of III B.Com . Mr. T. Selvabaskar, the Deputy Warden of the hostel delivered the welcome address. Then, the resource person was honoured with a shawl and a momento. 

        Dr. P. Saravanan, the resource person shared his broad and wide knowledge on the topic "Health for wealthy life." He also added the key points from Tamil Literature as well as from various scriptures. He also insisted the students to have healthy food to lead a peaceful and happy life. Aravindh Balaji of II BCA delivered a tamil poem stating health nowadays are to be saved like water.

         After the resource person speech, the vote of thanks was delivered by Janarthanan of II M.Sc CS followed by the College song Maithreem Bhajatha by the hostel students.
